By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If you become a coaching client, the coaching itself is provided under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the service, its price, and its cancellation terms. Nothing on this page replaces it.
This is not medical advice
Everything on this site — the training and nutrition content, the videos, the transformation stories and the coaching material — is general information and personal experience. It is not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
Exercise and dietary change carry risk. Consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before starting any training or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, are managing an injury or a medical condition, or are taking medication. If you feel unwell while training, stop and seek medical help.
You are responsible for deciding whether anything here is appropriate for you, and you act on it at your own risk.
Applying for coaching
Submitting an application is not an offer, and it does not create a coaching relationship. We assess every application, we take on a limited number of clients, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.
You agree that the information you give us in an application is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. How we handle that information is set out in our privacy policy.
No guarantee of results
The results shown on this site are real outcomes achieved by real people. They are not typical, they are not promised, and they are not a prediction of what you will achieve.
Results depend on your starting point, your genetics, your health, your consistency and factors outside anyone's control. We make no guarantee of any particular physical, competitive or financial outcome.
Our content
All content on this site — text, photographs, video, graphics, branding and code — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may view and share links to this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information through our forms, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it, to interfere with its normal operation, or to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or harass others.
We may refuse service, remove content or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Links and third-party services
This site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Calendly for booking, Discord for our community, Eventbrite for event tickets, and YouTube and Instagram for our content.
Those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms or privacy practices of any third-party service, and including a link is not an endorsement. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice.
Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to HK$1,000.
This clause concerns the website. Our liability in relation to coaching is dealt with in the coaching agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over them.
If you use this site as a consumer from outside Hong Kong, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
